Al Rio Project

An apartment in the Al Rio towers complex in Vicente López, where river light, noble materials and designer pieces order a warm, serene atmosphere.

Al Rio Project is an apartment in the Al Rio towers complex in Vicente López, with open views over the river. We organised every room around the natural light, with large glazed openings that frame the landscape and carry it inside. The fluid plan and the serene palette reinforce that sense of openness and calm facing the water.

The material palette combines wood floors, sand tones and terracotta accents that bring warmth without giving up restraint. On that base we layered bespoke pieces, designer furniture —such as the velvet-upholstered modular sofa— and natural textiles that invite you to linger. Every object was chosen with care, between art, ceramics and books, so the space feels lived-in and personal.

Light defines the apartment's character through the day: clear and fresh in the morning, golden and enveloping at dusk. We reinforced it with warm, layered lighting —table lamps, candles and indirect light— that follows each moment. The result is a calm, luminous home, made for everyday life and for hosting.
